Because of this core value, we decided to partner up with The Pivot Series, a show focused on real women from Barbados, entrepreneurs looking to transform their side hustles into full-time jobs, and well-known business owners willing to expand their territories and shoot for the stars.
The main goal of The Pivot Series is to tell stories that capture the talent, expertise, and capacity of Caribbean women, shaping the perceptions of viewers and entrepreneurs. By using real-life experiences to inspire people, The Pivot Series' key objective is to establish itself as an online resource for professional content with a Caribbean context.
The series producer, Kelly Johnally, is a seasoned sales professional and a women entrepreneur herself. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and revenue management in her pocket, she decided to start The Pivot Series to take successful Barbadian women into the spotlight and give them a platform to share their experiences, ideas, and most importantly, inspire entrepreneurs from the region to step up and reach their goals.
So, if you want to discover real stories from real women entrepreneurs from Barbados, tune in to Flow1 every Monday, or stream the series on digital platforms like YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram.
